Your Role
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to maximize equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime
- Perform repairs and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to resolve breakdowns and malfunctions promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and equipment history records
- Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during maintenance activities, including lockout/tagout procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in plant maintenance
- Supervise contractors, and engineering and technical staff.
- Create maintenance procedures
- Manage stocks of supplies and equipment

Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment for troubleshooting and repair.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex equipment issues.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
- SAP knowledge is preferred
