As a Logistic Systems Engineer within Supply Chain Systems team of EMEA Corporate Logistics you will be responsible for implementation and management of systems, which will digitalize Global Aptiv logistic network and shaping its' future.
Your Role
- Configuration, optimization & maintenance of Transport Management System and its' modules
- Preparation, implementation and development of information for new Supply Chain supporting systems and software
- Collaboration with internal & external resources for all system changes, upgrades, and system outages as well as communication for operational availability
- Maintaining and development of system security control, risk assessment, collaborative mitigation assessment and communications as it relates to Transportation Systems
- Identification, development and implementation of opportunities impacting performance metrics, efficiencies, costs and controls of the Logistics Supply Chain.
- Communication of processes & system improvements to associates, vendors and carriers
- Supporting logistics workshops in factories
- cooperation with various functions across company

Your Background
- B.Sc and/or M.Sc degree, preferred in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or Information Technology
- Excellent knowledge in Excel and other MS Office Programs
- Experience in IT software implementation (TMS, ERP, WMS)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Excellent knowledge of English both verbal and in written
- Knowledge of Project Management tools and methods
- Experience in Logistics, Production Control or Materials Managements
