We are looking for a dynamic Lead Technical Program Manager-Customer Delivery is to oversee the successful delivery of products to customers. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning platform product development with customer needs and deliverables. You will work closely with Product Managers, Program Managers, and Engineering teams to ensure the product meets internal processes and customer expectations. Additionally, you will play a critical role in driving the success of customer business opportunities, particularly in the Cockpit software product, by enhancing delivery efficiency and increasing our win rate in this domain.
Your Role
- Ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely product delivery to customers.
- Develop technical product roadmaps
- Collaborate with Product Managers to align the roadmap with technical feasibility.
- Support engineering resource allocation to meet customer demands.
- Achieve project targets related to content, quality, timing, and cost.
- Remove external roadblocks to ensure timely delivery by engineering teams.
- Manage and support external partners working with internal engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and platform design guidelines.
- Oversee budget and capital planning for the product delivery process.
- Assist in attracting and recruiting new talent.

Your Background
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or MSc in Engineering or related field
- Project Management Experience: Proven track record in leading large, cross-functional teams with the ability to drive results
- Automotive Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive technologies, industry trends, vehicle systems and Cockpit product knowledge
- Methodical Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Team Player: Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work in team-oriented environments
- Commitment to Excellence: Strong drive to execute projects and continuously seek improvements
- Prior Leadership: Experience in coordinating between multiple teams, managing budgets, and capital planning
