Position Summary

The Labor Relations Supervisor will play a key role in managing and enhancing the relationship between the management team and employees. This position is responsible for overseeing labor relations activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a positive work environment. The supervisor will collaborate with various departments to address employee concerns, negotiate labor contracts, and implement policies that support organizational goals while fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.

Your Role

  • Oversee the implementation of company policies and internal regulations.
  • Oversee the Recruitment and Selection process.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Maintain the communication process to ensure employees are communicated, heard, understood and responded to for effective communication.
  • Promote a culture of high performance.
  • Promote a Culture of Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Support sports, social and cultural activities organized by Human Resources.
  • Support Human Resources Management in handling labor conflicts.
  • Manage information, follow up on improvement action plans.
  • Participate in corporate projects focused on improving Human Resources practices.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology or related career.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources processes.
  • Negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • High level of oral and written expression.
  • Microsoft office skills
  • Knowledge of the LFT
  • Experience in recruitment of unionized personnel
  • HR Metrics management
  • Conversational English

This position requires availability to collaborate on a rotating basis in the 3 shifts that the operation has.

The first 6 months you will work in the morning shift.
