Integration Lead Engineer
Your role:
- Integrating different AI-based ADAS features into a company-wide platform.
- Improving the existing features in terms of quality as well performance.
- Lead discussions about integration and interfacing with other ADAS components.
- Participate in technical discussions with our Agile teams.
- Test the software in SiL (Software-in-Loop), HiL (Hardware-in-Loop) and in development vehicles.
- Connect and deploy innovative solutions to a CI/CD platform.
Your Background:
- Master's degree in a technical discipline (engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or related field of study)
- 4+ years of experience writing software using C, C++ and/or Rust
- 3+ years of experience writing software for automotive applications (preferably for ADAS systems: perception, planning or control modules)
- Strong software development skills in C++/RUST: You have a passion for clean, well-tested, and documented code.
- Practical experience with software development in Linux.
- Practical experience with version control systems (Git), build systems (Make, CMake, Autotools) and code review tools (GitLab, Gerrit).
- Fluent in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills & good interpersonal skills.

Nice to have experience:
- Experience with software architecture, machine learning techniques and neural network
- Experience with RUST, Python, WebAssembly, Bash. Bazel.
- Experience in an Agile development environment.
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional global teams in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge about automotive protocols (Ethernet, CAN, FlexRay)
