Injection Molding Engineer
We are seeking an Injection Molding Engineer to join our dynamic Connections Systems Division. This role will be pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions that enhance vehicle connectivity and communication systems. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement advanced technologies that meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Release of part numbers according to scheduled dates.
- Release of equipment and/or machinery from manufacturing to production.
- Coordination of FMEAs of Injection processes
- Support in analysis of solutions to FTQ and process capacity problems
- Support in Analysis and solution of problems due to customer complaints.
- Support in starting up new equipment and systems.
- Support to comply with quality systems
- Support to prevent accidents.
- Support for improvements to current manufacturing processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 5 years of experience in Molding Injection Process in automotive industry
- English Fluent
- Experienced working with FMEA, PPAP, etc.
