Your Role
In your daily job you will: This position needs to be responsible for coordinating with hiring managers on candidate selection criteria, sourcing applicants through online channels such as LinkedIn, managing Workday modules to analyze relevant trends and metrics, presenting high-quality findings to drive initiatives, creating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and structures, designing development plans, identifying hiring needs, managing the recruitment process, and responding to employees' queries and resolving issues professionally and timely.

Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
1. Bachelor degree.
2. At least 5-10 Years of experience in a related industry.
3. Good English skill in spoken and written.
