HR Manager
Key roles and Responsibilities:
- Leverage best practice and optimize processes in recruiting, training, C&B, attrition management for site.
- Partner with department leaders to forecast workforce needs and manage staffing levels
- Manage corporate wide onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires
- Support Operations management for headcount planning, performance appraisal, 9 box, footprint, etc.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement programs and initiatives
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations and company policies within the plant
- Identifying training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills in greenfield project
- Support career development pathways for employees
- Manage HR budgets and ensure cost effectiveness
- Develop and implement DEI strategies to promote diverse and inclusive workplace
- Monitor Diversity metrics and recommend actionable changes to improve representation at all levels
- Oversee HR technology systems (HRIS), ensuring seamless HR operations and data integrity
- Administer payroll and benefits specific to employees
- Promote employee wellness initiative and monitor workplace health programs.
- Monitor HR key metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism and employee satisfaction
- Prepare and present regular HR report to leadership with detailed analysis, e.g. headcount report, attrition (salaried & hourly) report & analysis, OT reports, etc. Closely monitor HR key metrics and work with operation management to propose necessary action plan to improve HR metrics
- Procedure and compliance: evaluate and optimize HR process and procedures so as to enhance organization effectiveness and competitiveness.
- Employee relations & communications: Make analysis of survey reports and set up focus team to develop survey action plan
- Recognition programs for outstanding performance and contributors.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above. Master's degree preferred
- Min 12-16 years experiences in HR field with strong working experience in operations system and people management
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, labor laws and organizational behavior
- Proficiency in Workday, HRIS system, data analysis and reporting tools
Preferred Skills:
- Fluent written and spoken in English & Hindi
- Strong communication and presentation ability with interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proven ability to lead change management and organizational transformation projects
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Good time management skills
