Your Role as an HR Intern:
As an intern on the Human Resources team, you will have the opportunity to help drive Aptiv's Early Career Programs. You will gain hands-on experience and play a key role in supporting initiatives designed to develop the next generation of talent.

• Assist in implementing mentorship frameworks that support professional growth and knowledge sharing among early career participants.
• Support the development of learning frameworks to address skill gaps and contribute to succession planning.
• Collect and analyze feedback from program participants to continuously refine leadership strategies.
• Collaborate with HR leaders and external vendors to streamline recruitment processes for early career roles.
• Help maintain metrics to monitor the performance of HR programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the coordination of key events, such as in-person summits and leadership training sessions.
• Support the international mobility process, ensuring smooth transitions for global assignments.
• Maintain program dashboards and reports, tracking key insights like diversity, attrition, and alumni distribution.
• Ensure compliance with legal and industry guidelines in all HR processes and programs.

• Graduate of final year student in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics or Law.
• Practical experience, such as an internship, in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
