Hardware Product Owner

We are seeking an Electrical/Electronics HWPO to design and develop our automotive products in the areas of Active Safety and User-Experience. This position is located in TCI.

Your Role

• Act as the primary contact for the Hardware (HW) team with the regional project, OEM customer, manufacturing, purchasing, and validation teams, handling escalations and coordination.
• Lead HW deliverables, develop achievement plans, and align with Engineering Project Manager to drive KPI targets.
• Ensure HW design aligns with manufacturing standards (BOP), resolve deviations, and oversee supplier consistency with approved sources.
• Guide cross-functional issue resolution, support application design deviations, and share lessons learned with the CPO platform team.
• Track and manage HW project budgets, resource allocation, and timely closure of design quality issues (PCRs, PORs, NPIs).
• Oversee project milestones, HW responses to PCEs, maximize platform reuse, and support HW activities for new business opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering graduate BE/ B. Tech / ME/ M. Tech (Electronics / Electricals)
• #EXP[6-12]
• Significant experience in an international company, ideally in automotive or electronics industries.
• Strong cross-functional engineering expertise, covering EE, ME, and validation with interactions across Systems, SW, manufacturing, and purchasing.
• Proven ability to lead by influence, with a strong focus on interpersonal skills and a willingness to grow.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative approach
