This position is part of our Signal & Power Solutions segment out of Troy, MI. This position will be based in Juarez, Mexico in the MTC.
Summary:
Capital Investment Management financial analyst who is team oriented for working with cross sectional staffs, including but not limited to commercial, engineering, manufacturing, program management, and finance.
Responsibilities:
- Team member of finance staff responsible for capital investment management
- Manage and report out month-end capital spending by business unit to regional FP&A staff, controller's staff and others as required
- Manage capital and expense actual/forecast project data base and coordinate forecast updates with respective project owners
- Manage capital budget and prepare and submit required capital budget reporting templates
- Manage development and implementation of capital data base system
- Audit weekly project approval submissions to ensure teams are timely inputting the project capital requirements into the database inline with timing requirements
- Advise and coordinate with the fixed asset group on capital movements between trial balance and entities and other capital related items as required
- Setup approved capital projects in SAP investment module based on input from program manager and coordinate with program manager on investment line item updates and changes, ensuring proper documentation is received and maintained
- Work with commercial team, fixed asset group, regional controller's staff on capital/tooling rebills
- Special Studies as required

Must Haves (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related degree
- 5+ years of experience
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Skype, Teams, Visio, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently
- Resourcefully innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in an automotive or manufacturing setting
- SAP and Hyperion background
