There are 10 plants of AS&UX globally connecting by us with Technical centers in 3 regions (Euro, Asia, and North America). While this role is newly created, we know the importance of Lean Deployment. There are lots of opportunities to Standardize and improve. We are going to form the future of APTIV Manufacturing System into a more competitive system. We would be proud of the improvement that our knowledge and intelligence bring.
Your role:
- Support file creation/ maintaining for CB1 purpose
- Support TLO claim consolidation and reconciliation to fcst
- Support EMEA consolidations file creation
- Analysis of EMEA consolidation files
- Support process of documenting and EMEA Finance procedures and maintain document after creation
- Support creation of files for business cases/ various analysis requested by management
- Consolidate data and prepare established weekly, monthly and quarterly reports;
- Prepare and analyze financial and accounting reports (annual, quarterly and monthly);
- Carry out analyzes and reports to support management;
- Prepare internal reports for the Management Control area;
- Work closely with operations to analyze the accuracy and validity of reported financial data;
- Prepare management control tasks associated with the end of the month, BBP analysis and forecast.
Your Background:
- Higher education in management (Business Management, Economics, Finance)
- Good computer skills from the user's perspective (Office)
- Very good knowledge of Excel - Macros (mandatory)
- Good level of English, spoken and written
- Organizational capacity
- Pressure resistance capacity
- Ability to be results-oriented
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems
- Ability to work in a team/relate to others
