We are looking to expand our development team responsible for designing and implementing algorithms for Advanced Driver-Assistance and Autonomous Driving systems. The Team focuses on the topics of stationary environment around host vehicle. To be more specific on most of the stationary objects that does appear in the estimated vehicle path and those that defines its boundary.
Your Role:
- Development of algorithms for static environment estimation
- Algorithm and Software design using C/C++
- Propose, develop and evaluate improvements for this software
- Testing and tuning of methods developed for improved performance
- Unit tests development
- Root cause identification and resolution of software issues detected on higher levels of verification
- Cooperate with other teams to ensure robustness across developed platform
- Work in cross functional team environment

Your Background:
- Msc degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Control, Automation and Robotics or similar
- Extensive Programming experience in C++
- 3+ years of development and testing of algorithms and coding experience (can include industry, academic or internship)
- Experience with version control and issue tracking on large collaborative projects (Plastic, Git, Jira, Jenkins or similar)
- Understanding of statistical estimation, signal processing, time filtering, tracking algorithms
- Fluent use of spoken and written English
Nice to have:
- Experience with radar based detection/classification algorithms
- Experience in the application of driver assistance systems
- Understanding of planar and 3D geometry
- Experience with big scale projects
- Proficiency in Python and Matlab
- A technology enthusiast and critical thinker with a knack for problem-solving
- Curiously investigate everything - ability to solving problems analytically, creatively and collaboratively
