岗位职责：
1. 负责电工的日常工作的安排、调整，并做好各项记录。
2. 负责配电站、空压站、工艺冷却水站、中央空调、冷却塔的管理和维护。
3. 负责起重机、电梯的管理和维护。
4. 协助制定配电站、空压站、工艺冷水站、中央空调、冷却塔、起重机、电梯等设备设施的年度、季度、月度检修和保养计划。

5. 组织落实所制定的各项设备检修和维护保养计划，并做到现场维修迅速及时，保证维修质量。
6. 委外施工项目现场监管工作。
任职要求：
1. 大专学历机电、电气工程等相关专业，特别优秀者可放宽要求。
2. 必须持有高低压电工证。
3. 熟悉大型空压机、中央空调、冷却塔，懂暖通者优先考虑。
4. 熟悉压力容器、压力管道、电梯、起重机等特种设备的安全管理程序，持有特种设备管理员A证者优先考虑。
5. 10年以上的专业电工工作经验，3年以上电工领班工作经验。
6. 工作认真负责，具有较强的团队精神、沟通协调能力、问题处理能力，组织、表达能力，敢于承担责任。
7. 计算机能力良好。
