Data Analytics Manager. Boston, MA. Responsible for strategic planning and execution of marketing technology and data initiatives. Develop and execute roadmaps aligned to business strategy within the digital function. Oversee selection, deployment, and optimization of digital marketing tools/platforms. Partner with key stakeholders to improve process efficacy. Serve as principal contact for all applications in the stack and act as point of escalation for all technical/strategic activities. Champion data privacy and ensure all digital activities comply with data privacy laws and corporate governance standards. Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to shape digital analytics initiatives. Manage ongoing and ad-hoc reporting, automation, and operational enhancements. Implement semantic level reporting layers aligned to team roles/requirements. Develop ingestion, event-triggered automation, and data modeling using APIs. Requires Master's degree in Data Science or Computer Science and two years of experience in creating roadmaps for digital data analytics, supporting digital marketing teams on reporting requirements, managing developers/analysts, identifying and modeling data sources, writing ETL scripts for data cleaning, and use of SQL, Power BI, Azure Cloud, and Python.
