Our Technical Center in Kraków is the largest R&D facility in Aptiv globally with more than 2,000 engineers contributing on a daily base towards safer, greener and more connected mobility solutions, often, together with almost all global vehicle manufacturers.

The role:

  • Track projects status, assure that all cybersecurity process relevant tasks are addressed
  • Support EU Cybersecurity managers in their activities
  • You will need to understand the product design and cybersecurity measures in order to prove the design and implementation correctness and completeness.
  • Support the quote activities, estimate the needed effort for cybersecurity, review and negotiate the process relevant requirements with the customer

  • Ensuring compliance to cybersecurity processes, standards, and regulations.
  • Responsible for interfacing with customer, negotiation, and review of customer requirements (supported by Cybersecurity Architect) with a focus on cybersecurity impacts.
  • Responsible for clear delineation of cybersecurity activities and responsibilities in the product between Aptiv, the customer, and third parties and the definition of product interfaces.
  • Responsible for creating the Cybersecurity Plan in collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Responsible for ensuring that critical deliverables stay on track through completion and acceptance,
  • Responsible for all cybersecurity project management activities including work plans, schedules, meetings, and customer interface

Requirements:

  • Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics Systems or similar
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in development of electronic systems
  • Leadership experience (project leader, SW project leader, FuSa manager or similar)
  • Experience with automotive processes
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in English language (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in German or Swedish language (spoken and written)
  • Basic knowledge of embedded automotive cybersecurity
  • Experience in project management and product delivery; experience in software development and releasing
  • Knowledge of regulations/standards such as ISO 21434, UNECE 155, Automotive SPICE
  • Experience in software development and releasing
  • Experience in working with change management tools such as JIRA.
