The EMEA Cutting Engineer will organize, standardize, maintain at same time that drive continuous improvement related cutting process. This role involves creating and updating the documentation based on several inputs as customer specifications, H&S regulation, Aptiv guidelines, automotive market / EU norms and standards, supporting the production sites all over the EMEA region in defining the best practices. The process owner also must optimize the process and support the management team in controlling and improving the KPIs for the related process, ensuring as well the back office records of such metrics.

Your Role:
- Coordinate Cutting Technology (cable & tubes) activity in EDS EMEA
- Act as co-leader for the Global Cutting Horizontal Team
- Coordinate equipment technical needs for cutting network roll-out
- Be the representative in the EOS team for the Cutting, Special Cables & department.
- Support start-up of processes on different sites, assuring flawless launches.
- Maintaining engineering documentation and ME standards (POS / PFMEA templates / BOP/ EOS / BOE) and provide inputs for (DFMEA & BOD)
- Ensure the Quality Management System (EOS), the Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management System requirement.
- Comply and enforce the rules of internal control
- Demonstrate leadership and commitment concerning the quality management system.
- Be able to be autonomous in their own roles and responsibilities.
- Performing needed tasks required to assemble ME and ensure flow 3 / quote according the real needs & Ensure update shopping list related equipment under his responsibility.
- Analyzing of technical documentation: e.g. technical drawings, specifications, standards, special customer requirements.
- Staying abreast with market conditions & trends
Your Background:
- Bachelor's or master's in engineering with 2-5 years of experience in process engineering or equivalent, and Fluent in English, other languages will be a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to plan and prioritize tasks and take the initiative.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and Traceability concepts.
- Drive license.
