Aptiv is looking for a potential candidate to join its Customer Quality Group as Customer Quality Manager. He will be integrating a Group of 8 Managers and 52 Support Engineers, directly linked to major OEM's.

Your Tasks:

  • Quality customer representative.
  • Establish strong relationship with the Customers
  • Define, together with operations, the adequate quality support resources (at customer and APTIV EDS operations) in case of new projects, business transfers, engineering changes and rework activities
  • Evaluate, together with Operations, the Customer Support Engineers structure, ensuring a proper customer coverage, adequate feedback and follow-up
  • Manage all customer quality related activities for APTIV EDS products and services
  • Implement the defined strategies that support achieving the quality objectives of APTIV EDS
  • Obtain and review at regular intervals customer requirements for all quality related activities and assure the proper understanding within the organization
  • Assure timely and accurate reporting is available for Management Review and analysis
  • Support the warranty activities
  • Liaise with manufacturing plants, and provide feedback on customer performance to ensure quality is maintained at world class levels.
  • Actively participate in EOS development, implementation and continuous improvement
  • Define and manage the budget
  • Assure IATF 16949 and Customer requirement compliance
  • Coordination of the Customer Satisfaction Department
  • Active participation in problem solving techniques and process
  • Run Process / System audits in plants and PEP studies at customer VAP

Your Background:

  • Years of Relevant Experience: 3-5 years
  • Educational Background: Master's Degree/MBA
  • World-class operational experience etc.
  • Proficient in English and German
