You will work in a team with daily communication between the factory departments and with the assigned customers.

Reporting to Customer Logistics Team Leader and to the Production Control & Logistics Director.

Your Role

  • Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, being responsible for customer order management and delivery schedule follow up, as a Customer Key Contact inside the Production Control & Logistics Department.
  • Participate in customer meetings, understand customer profiles and strategic plans.
  • Ensure customer communication, coordinate and escalate customer issues within the organization.
  • Monitor demand fluctuation vs forecast, data analysis via SIOP.
  • Support cross-functional internal teams (production planning, quality, warehouse and shipping).
  • Monitoring of customer service levels: KPI reporting, pursue and analyze customer satisfaction level and logistic claims.
  • Control and monitor Premium Freights (special shipping costs - outbound).

Your Background

  • Degree in International Relations, Management, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Production Control & Logistics or equivalent;
  • 1 - 3 year experience on Production Control & Logistics;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; Knowledge in German, French or Italian is a plus;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office, SAP or similar ERP system
