Your Role

Are you passionate about ensuring customer success and eager to work with advanced automotive technologies? As a Customer Success Engineering Intern within our Advanced Safety and User Experience team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and ensuring that our advanced safety and user experience solutions meet their needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement and technical support within a dynamic and innovative environment.

• Assist in providing technical support and solutions to clients for advanced safety and user experience technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand and address customer needs, challenges, and feedback.
• Participate in the implementation and integration of our technologies at customer sites, ensuring successful deployment and functionality.
• Support the creation and delivery of training materials and technical documentation to help clients effectively use and benefit from our solutions.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing our products and services.

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of automotive technologies, with a particular interest in safety and user experience systems.
• Familiarity in programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer engagement and support.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and contributing to a team environment.
