The GBS Business Process Excellence team is on a mission to transform Aptiv's business processes at speed and scale to deliver improved end user experience, operational efficiency, and value for Aptiv and its stakeholders.
Role:
- Be the Business Process Improvement Lead for Aptiv GBS. Support the leadership team to ensure that Lean continuous process improvement is fully embedded in the way GBS operates.
- Lead and own 2-3 cross-functional projects to solve high impact issues.
- Coordinate with GBS automation team, GBS process SMEs, GBS service delivery teams and peer BPI leads in other GBS locations to create an efficient environment for developing and rolling out global continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive the EMEA continuous improvement program by managing improvement initiatives in the ServiceNow Continual Improvement Module (ensuring there are sufficient opportunities in the pipeline to meet GBS Lean goals).
- Train, coach and facilitate lean and process improvement activities (including daily performance management/DPM, problem solving, process value stream mapping).
- Support & coach GBS service delivery teams to run their own Kaizens.
- Support GBS Leadership team to build and drive corrective/ preventive actions to prevent from process failures.

Requirements:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualification or equivalent.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in commerce, Business or Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of business experience.
- 3 + proven experience in transformation and change management, including proven success in leading and sustaining improvement initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and teaching skills Fluency in English (written/verbal).
- Staying up to date on innovative technological solutions for Finance.
- Experience and skills working with SAP, ServiceNow, Finmatics, PowerBI, Alteryx, OCR, UI Path, process mapping software, and similar applications to enable process transformation and automation.
- Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
