Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics and proficiency in developing dashboards using tools like Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting and data visualization needs and will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards. The candidate should be able to address adhoc change requests and ensure data-driven insights are easily accessible. Knowledge of Python, SQL, and Power Apps/Power Automate is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  •   Develop and design interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik or Power BI based on business requirements.
  •   Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
  •   Proactively address adhoc change requests and provide timely solutions.
  •   Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and optimization of reports and dashboards.
  •   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and deliver actionable insights.
  •   Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data visualization and reporting tools.
  •   Automate and streamline processes using BI tools and other technologies such as Python, SQL, Power Apps, or Power Automate when applicable.
  •   Continuously improve BI solutions to ensure they align with business objectives and provide real-time data insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  •   2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence development.
  •   Proven experience in designing and building dashboards and reports using Qlik, Power BI.
  •   Strong proficiency in data visualization, business reporting, and data-driven decision making.
  •   Experience with SQL to query and manipulate data for reporting.
  •   Ability to work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into BI solutions.
  •   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  •   Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable Skills:
  •   Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
  •   Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate for process automation.
  •   Experience in data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
  •   Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and provide proactive solutions.

Education:
  •   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
