As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer specializing in either CAPEX/OPEX control or dashboard development, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective financial management, data-driven decision-making, and resource optimization within the organization. This role involves analyzing financial data, managing capital and operational expenditures, supporting resource management initiatives, and developing dashboards to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Your Role
- Conduct detailed analysis of capital and operational expenditures to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. -
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- CAPEX/OPEX Control
- Develop and implement strategies to control and optimize capital and operational expenditures.
- Monitor and track expenses against budgets, providing recommendations for cost-saving measures

Dashboard Development:
- Design and develop visually appealing and intuitive dashboards to represent key performance indicators, financial metrics, and operational data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure dashboards meet business requirements.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and financial metrics.
- Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
Data Analytics:
- Utilize data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from financial and operational data.
- Present findings to key stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
Resource Management
- Collaborate with department heads to understand resource needs and constraints.
- Assist in resource allocation, optimization, and planning to ensure efficient use of organizational resources.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements related to financial management, resource allocation, and data analytics.
- Work cross-functionally to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in dashboard development for analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik Sense, PowerBI etc.)
- Proven experience in financial analysis,
- Familiarity with resource management and capacity planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
