    • Manage die system:
  • Lead die team to achieve team goal;
  • Set up clear, organized and standard document system for die management;
  • Manage die release, maintenance reports;
  • Conduct maintenance data statistics & analysis for continuous improvement;
  • Solve the production problem related with die and die parameter;
  • Making plan for die spare part
  • Monitor & Control die spare part's consumption. Analyze die failure mode and find way to reduce die spare part's consumption;
  • Manage die application, support the terminal application in our products;
  • Manage die database, update the database timely;
  • Training skills to die technician for release and maintenance;
  • Contact die supplier about die issues;
  • Support other maintenance if need;

• Other management:
  • Develop the qualify backup of your position
  • Setup and maintain the emotive system for the whole team
