Your Role - Audit & Release Analyst

  • Support the analysis of changes throughout the life cycle of the change.
  • Could be part of the Technical / Organizational Review
  • Prepare the "Where used" report for use at Technical / Organizational Review.
  • Create new part numbers per owner request including electrical parts.
  • Make the correct linkage between GES records (e.g. charts and finders).
  • Update the metadata for product part numbers.
  • Prepare all part numbers affected by a Change Notice (CN).
  • Prepare the Impact report for item parts and send it to the part owner for approval.
  • Release item parts (Bill of Materials) in GES after required approvals are obtained.
  • Perform an assessment for drawing according to mandatory requirements and standards.
  • Send a Final Release Memo once all product part numbers are released.
  • Support AS&UX engineers in the CMII process and GES system.
  • Participate in the development of new databases/ tools.
  • Co-operate with other AS&UX teams.
  • Accomplish tasks in accordance to AS&UX and quality standards and schedules.
  • Care for good company image.
  • Continuously develop professional qualifications.
  • Care for confidential information and company's property.

Your Background

  • 2-4 years experience with document management
  • Master's degree R in engineering (mechanical or electronic)
  • General knowledge of technical documentation (mechanical and electrical). Knowledge of database structure. Experience in MS Office
  • Experience/Knowledge on CAD system skills
  • Good oral and written English skills
  • Team oriented
  • Communication skills
