Position summary:
This exciting role is embedded within the dynamic Sales Organization of the Connection Systems (CS) Business, a global leader generating $3 Billion in revenue with over 20,000 employees across 5 continents. As part of this team, you'll have the unique opportunity to collaborate with leading distributors, contributing directly to the growth and expansion of our innovative product portfolio.

Your Role :
As a key player in the Connection Systems team, you'll take ownership of critical tasks, driving impact through customer engagement and collaboration with internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement: Conduct face-to-face visits, showcasing technical documentation, product information, and portfolio solutions, while increasing our brand presence across the market.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with the CS Account Manager (Distribution), Product Engineering, and Product Line Management to drive strategic growth initiatives.
- Focus on the customer: Foster a strong relationship with our leading distributors and top-tier customers in the transportation and adjacent markets.
- Innovate Sales Tools: Spearhead the development of modern technical sales tools, product documentation, and the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to streamline our market presence.
- Expand Product Range: Strengthen our distribution portfolio in traditional interconnects, while expanding the HV connector and HV assembly product lines.
- Holistic Solution Approach: Promote the full interconnect solution, including headers, female connectors, and related terminals, offering customers a comprehensive product suite.
- Information Flow Management: Ensure seamless coordination of internal and external information to guarantee that our distribution customers and internal teams receive the support they need.
- Technical Training: Provide Inside Sales training to enhance technical service capabilities and ensure excellence in customer support.
- Collaborate Globally: Engage with Engineering teams in India for OTS support, fostering cross-functional teamwork across regions.
Your Background:
- A degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
- At least 2 years of experience in the Transportation Industry preferably in the connector business.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- A self-driven, motivated personality with a passion for learning and collaborating across multiple functions and locations.
