1、Provide the Facility and Admin support for the Plant operation, including Reception, Courier Service,Plant Car Coordination, Office Equipment, Facility Cleaning service, etc
2、Set up and keep the operation strictly aligned with the Admin Budget for Plant
3、 Ensure the Admin works are implemented in an efficient and effective manner。
4、Coordinate with Central Office review the Service Contracts with vendors of Leasing Car Companies, Canteen / Cleaning Services and other Office Suppliers (Stationery, Office
5、Equipment, Furniture, etc). All these services should be in line with high level standards (Safety,
6、Customer Satisfaction, Cost Efficiency, etc)
7、 Work out and implement the Office Space / Seating Solution plan (relocation or space-enlarge) based on the Business Development Needs / Organization Restructure in Plan.

8、Design and carry out 5S project to improve the working environment and help to ensure the safety working surroundings for staffs.
9、Well manage the Cafeteria services for employee. Identify the potential problems and find the
solutions through working with the supplier and a committee of employee's representatives
10、Timely update the passenger list, re-allocating and coordinator center admin team on changing the bus accordingly.
11、Organize / involve some internal communication or team building activities, being responsible for logistics supporting for these activities.
12、Abide by the regulations about EHS policy
