Key Responsibilities: Implement processes, rhythms, project tracking, deliverables management and action item tracking to ensure Global Trade meets its objectives.

Lead projects to improve compliance program.

Manage complex budget and ensure tracking and awareness of financial objectives.

Facilitate groups through process mapping, root cause analysis, brainstorming, business impact assessments, gap analysis and project planning.

Functional Knowledge

  • Effective change agent, able to implement strategic initiatives in an organization.
  • Must possess effective project management skills and ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Knowledge of trade compliance processes or related experience preferred
  • Technical mastery of Six Sigma and Lean tools

  • Experience managing a large and complex budget

U.S. Salary Range:
$128,000.00 - $176,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
