Key Responsibilities
Work with Suppliers to ensure continuous improvement in quality, manufacturability, cost. Clarity engineering drawing requirements and communicate effectively to supporting suppliers.
Continuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology.
Performing the supplier technical audit process and evaluating supplier performance and capability, drive continuous improvement opportunities at supplier.
Working with end user and performing quality problem resolutions and incident management, drive root cause and correction actions.
Lead or participate quality improvement projects to achieve quality targets.

Knowledge and Skillset
- Demonstrate the knowledge of engineering drawinings.
- Demonstrate knowledge of component manufacturing ex.. welding, machining, electric, assembling.
- Demonstrate knowledge of using quality tools ex.. 8D, fishbone, .

U.S. Salary Range:
$120,000.00 - $165,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
