What will you be doing?
- Lead the SW validation, automatic and holistic testing of complex systems, including advanced algorithms and software which collaborating with a mix of state-of-the-art optics, scanning electron microscopes, lasers and motion systems
- Collaborate closely with product managers, algorithm developers and architects to develop a prioritized test plan that addresses technological challenges while meeting the precise needs of our customers and develop automation for this test plan.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting in various complexity levels, and develop automation mainly in Image Processing domain
- Work with application qualification teams to create and implement the appropriate test plan, and troubleshoot complex issues as they arise.
- Review spec requirements to ensure clarity for the development team and influence the team for effective development and coverage planning.
What you should have:
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, etc.), with 5+ years of multidisciplinary systems R&D.
- Strong analytical skills and self-learning.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong programming skills, knowledge in Python.
- Algorithms automatic testing - Advantage.
- Excellent collaboration capabilities, with different disciplines and the ability to work independently.
- Leadership skills.
- Strong English oral and written communication skills, presenting skills.
