Reliability Engineer - New College Graduate (Masters)

Key Responsibilities

Performs testing of modules and systems, and assists in the statistical analysis of laboratory or field data, and spare parts shipments. May present reliability status updates and reports to project teams and management.

Assists in the design and fabrication of test fixtures and data collection systems. Participate in formal design reviews and engineering meetings to drive reliability initiatives.

Prepare or approve simple product, laboratory or vendor reliability test plans.

Performs or requests failure analysis of components under test.

Develops Failure Modes and Effects Analysis and Fault Tree Analysis.

Performs allocation and modeling of modules, and components

U.S. Salary Range:
$100,000.00 - $136,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
