Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic/targeted implementation of Production Order´s (PR´s) , Design Notification´s (DN´s), cost center requirements, and initiation of procurement processes with the aim of minimizing the number of transactions in coordination with Sourcing and the superior.
2. Monitoring project deadlines, tracking submission deadlines of all parties involved, and participating in deadline clarification meetings.
3. Managing bills of materials (BOM) in SAP in preparation for production orders, in coordination with "BUY" and "MAKE."
4. Creating, managing, and controlling production orders for a smooth assembly process, considering minimal capital commitment (controlled build).
5. Handling deviations (NCs - Non-Conformities) as necessary, creating Q-notifications in SAP in coordination with the departments of Design, ME (Manufacturing Engineering), Purchasing, and Assembly.
6. Managing materials/components no longer needed for use, checking their usability (in coordination with Design - Manufacturing Engineering), or managing their use in subsequent projects.
7. Participating in Change Management (TRIAD meeting / Cange Control Board) for Engineering Change Requests (ECR) to ensure smooth change management (ECN; Engineering Change Notes) of components in the procurement and assembly phase in terms of time, quantity, quality, and cost relevance.
8. Processing and forwarding change notifications (ECN).
9. Implementation and compliance with AMAT-specific iQMS content within the area of responsibility, as well as continuous process improvement within the area of responsibility.

- Initial professional experience in work preparation in an international company in the field of mechanical engineering, preferably vacuum coating systems.
- Knowledge of SAP R3 & 6.0.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- High social competence and good team and communication skills.

Your profile :
- Industrial or mechanical engineer or a comparable degree
- at least 5 years of professional experience in production planning in mechanical engineering with a high proportion of product development for small and medium series
- Familiar with material management
- Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- Understand and interpret engineering BOMS / drawings & review them
- Capability to work in an international environment
- Experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
- Fluency in German & English
- Structured and analytical approach
