Contract Management
- Responsible for CSA (Contract Service Agreement) Field Support. Working with FSO to understand KPI gaps. Unscheduled down time events, PM metrics, etc., to deliver service product development roadmap.
- Provides guidance/input to the field on impacts of part/supplier changes.
- Implementation of component roadmaps including part obsolescence, replacements, alternative vendors, and cost reduction
- Implementation of cost reduction roadmap, through repair/refurbishment solution development and implementation.
- Install & Warranty (I&W) monitoring/analysis and drive improvement projects.

- Attend meetings targeting service tool performance, I&W costs, parts/labor cost reduction plans, Continuous Improvement Projects, and service BKM.
- Drive key initiatives and meet customer requirements to enable Wafer Fab Equipment and Services.
Field Productivity Improvement
- Drives FSO efficiency improvements along with Field team
- Identify target improvement areas and drive related programs for Field productivity improvement.
- Drive Field Training and Certification programs on new Platforms and Complex upgrades.
- Drive field technical capability development.
- Capture Field Best Known Method (BKMs) than enables value services.
- Drive delivery of fast and effective resolutions on field issues with digital tools for service
Field escalation support and customer engagement
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support strategic field requirements.
- Support field escalation process with Field Service Organization, Global Product Support and Technical Support Engineering to support service agreements. Will address directly or work with TPS to address.
- Coordinate with field experts as needed to support critical Service Agreement's as per Field Service Organization request.
- Responsible for field training and certification on AGS Service products, e.g., Troubleshooting, Digital tool dashboards.
- Responsible for successful implementation of AGS Service products - e.g., SA parts forecasting, low-cost parts adoption, repair loop qualification and fan out
- Responsible for tracking Service contract tool performance KPIs, e.g., Uptime, PM frequency, PM Green-to-green
Other Responsibilities
- With assistance will advance product change management (PCM) and control. This may include one or more fo the following:
- Unreleased product approval and control
- ECO (Engineering Change Order) approval
- Implementation of PCN (Part Change Notification), with Global Product Support
- Provides assistance and support to Engineering and the Business Unit about the field service impact of part/supplier changes.
- Wilth mentorship will review the accuracy of customer shipped configurations and BOMs (Bill of Materials.) This may include one or more of the following:
- CaRM (Configuration accuracy Review Meeting) reviews
- BOM (Bill of Materials) accuracy
- NSR (Non Standard Request) approval
- Under supervision will support common modules roadmap and implementation post Phase 5 of ePLC
- Will assist in the implementation of component roadmaps including part obsolescence, replacements, alternative vendors and cost reduction
- Suuport Intercompany communication to align on product strategies, provide guidance on pricing, spare level contents, and restricted part orders.
- Will support the implementation of cost reduction roadmap
- Assists in the management of strategic vendor issues
- Supports all changes to the product after product release
- whether driven by engineering, quality, safety, customer demands or supply obsolesce

U.S. Salary Range:
$80,000.00 - $110,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
