Applied Materials is the leader in materials engineering solutions to produce virtually every new chip and advanced display in the world. Our expertise in modifying materials at atomic levels and on an industrial scale enables customers to transform possibilities into reality. Responsibilities:
- Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of the on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
- Works closely with TSMC to optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements.
- Check and approve the operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, physics, or Optoelectronics from a top university
- Welcome new college graduate (NCG)
- Problem Solving: Proactively identifies and solves the complex problem, thinking beyond existing solutions and frameworks
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly articulate and visually present complex legal advice for business executives
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (TOEIC score above 750 is a plus)
- Work Location could be either Hsinchu or Tainan
