What You'll Do
The Planning team within Applied Global Services (AGS) Spares Execution is looking for a talented and driven Planner/Program Manager and Process Improvement Expert. This individual will spearhead strategic initiatives to boost operational efficiency and productivity. The role requires leveraging business process knowledge to manage cross-functional projects, develop and implement process improvements, and ensure these efforts align with the broader business goals.
Role Responsibilities:
Process Improvement
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, including standardization and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure process changes align with business needs.
- Track and measure the impact of process improvements, using data-driven approaches to demonstrate value.
- Provide training and support to teams on new processes and tools.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Strategic Planning
- Contribute to the development of the Spares Execution team's strategic and operational objectives.
- Ensure process improvement initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and spearhead continuous improvement efforts.
Collaboration and Communication
- Cultivate a collaborative and continuous improvement culture within the Global Planning and Spares Execution team.
- Lead workshops and meetings to gather input and build consensus on process changes.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, from frontline employees to senior executives.
Program Coordination
- Lead and manage multiple organizational processes and improvements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, fulfillment, and global planning, to ensure successful execution of process and programs.
- Communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA/Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant, full time work experience.
- Must have semiconductor industry experience.
- Proven experience in program management and process improvement within Service Parts planning or similar environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use advanced data and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Presentation skills with data visualization and storytelling development required.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software. Experience in process mapping and documentation.
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification is a plus.

U.S. Salary Range:
$96,000.00 - $132,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
