We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our marketing communications team within the Applied Global Services (AGS) division for summer 2025. The marketing communications group is responsible for creating internal social media communications across various channels, developing assets to support divisional and program branding, crafting email campaigns and surveys, managing video and design projects, and planning and executing live global employee events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Position responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the creation of digital graphics such as presentations, banners, newsletters, etc.
  • Support internal- and external-facing content updates
  • Support divisional social media development including videos and campaigns
  • Assist with internal event management projects
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Team-oriented self-starter able to work with various personalities and professional styles
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks, meeting tight deadlines, and working collaboratively
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SmartSheet, MS PowerPoint, or Canva

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:

  • Student must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree program in Communications, Journalism or related communications field
  • Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
  • Good sense of humor

Compensation

$26-29 per hour

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and education level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
