Key Responsibilities
A Regional Planner is responsible to plan, forecast, analyze, and evaluate service parts requirements to support performance in the right location, in correct quantities, on time. You'll be part of a team delivering excellence in parts planning, coupled with projects in innovation to continuously improve the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning and Development: The Regional Planner is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the organization's goals. This includes creating new processes, tools, data visualization and systems to be used by the planning and operations community
- Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with senior managers, technical SMEs, and other departments such as FSO, sales, and logistics, the Senior Regional Planner ensures that planning activities are well-coordinated and aligned with business requirements
- Demand Planning Manage the demand forecast with field service teams. Act as the planning focal with field service and customer stakeholders. Represent planning in a professional in manner.
- Project Management: Managing funded projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, and providing technical assistance to member governments
- Performance Tracking and Improvement: Monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of planning activities
- Customer Engagement: Representing the region in the global process, managing exceptions in a structured way, and ensuring that customer needs are met through effective planning and execution
- Technical Expertise: Utilizing system tools to provide sustainable solutions, translating business requirements into actionable plans, and conducting studies on various planning and public administration subjects

Requirements
This role requires a combination of analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership abilities to navigate the complexities of regional planning and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree degree is required
- Prefer industrial engineering majors
- Experience in stakeholder management, strong communication skills, and ability to cross-function cooperation.
- Data analysis skills. Tableau, SQL, Python, Power BI
