Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and Manage budget/spending balance of GIS, CAR/SC/SOW/PO, etc.
- Build and maintain partnership with key stakeholders (GCAB, site manager, etc.) in user departments to deliver excellent IT services with good communication
- Lead and manage vendor to provide professional IT support for daily operation and local or global project execution
- Work with global team members for global project implementation as well as IT troubleshooting
- Support GIS Business Partner for IT operation process standardization, SOP documentation, etc.
- IT asset management methodology and Life Circle Management controlling
- IT operation ticket/task management as well as data analysis

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- More than 10 years of IT operation experience with increased responsibilities
- Very good oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and work well in a dynamic, global company
- Experience in presenting to larger audience both in Japanese and English
- Ability to travel to other locations within and outside of Japan
- Certified Microsoft/Cisco/Aruba Professional preferred
- Rich experience of Service NOW system preferred a global company
- AV-system experience preferred
