Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and Manage budget/spending balance of GIS, CAR/SC/SOW/PO, etc.
  • Build and maintain partnership with key stakeholders (GCAB, site manager, etc.) in user departments to deliver excellent IT services with good communication
  • Lead and manage vendor to provide professional IT support for daily operation and local or global project execution
  • Work with global team members for global project implementation as well as IT troubleshooting
  • Support GIS Business Partner for IT operation process standardization, SOP documentation, etc.
  • IT asset management methodology and Life Circle Management controlling
  • IT operation ticket/task management as well as data analysis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • More than 10 years of IT operation experience with increased responsibilities
  • Very good oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and work well in a dynamic, global company
  • Experience in presenting to larger audience both in Japanese and English
  • Ability to travel to other locations within and outside of Japan
  • Certified Microsoft/Cisco/Aruba Professional preferred
  • Rich experience of Service NOW system preferred a global company
  • AV-system experience preferred
