Job Description

What you'll be doing:
Industrial engineering in PDC Operations division is responsible for development & analysis of operational processes in order to ensure continuous improvement and organizational efficiency in main operational and financial KPIs, focused on productivity added value to production floor processes.
As part of the role you will get to lead independently various type of challenging projects in order to support line design optimization, cycle time reduction, ROI simulations, definition and implementation of new processes and infrastructures that supports efficient operations in low validity business environment and more.
The role includes high exposure to complex organizational processes and interfaces and requires high interpersonal skills, fast thinking, high independency and ability to lead activities with no formal authority.
What you should have?
- BSc in Industrial Engineering or equivalent - must
- 7 years of experience in IE/operational roles
- Experience in project management- must
- Excellent English - speaking, reading and writing - must
- Very good analytical skills, sharp & fast thinking.
- Customer orientation with the ability to influence and motivate internal and external interfaces
- Ability to work under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple tasks in parallel and manage timelines & due dates independently.
- Good verbal skills, ability to present and communicate key messages to management forums.
- Ability to manage long term task & projects in addition to the daily execution.
- Advantage for strong understanding of manufacturing & operational excellence processes.
- Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
- Knowledge of best practices methods, CI & Lean/Six Sigma expertise- advantage.
