Description

This role has overall business responsibility for the ICAPS Service Business Unit ($1.8B) with focus on a product driven growth agenda for this Applied Global Services Business segment. This person will work cross-functionally to refine/develop the business and associated product strategy to support the business growth agenda. Aligned with the strategy this leader will drive the operating cadence and cross functional business execution to deliver to plan. Given the ICAPS business segment has a significant matrix element there will be a need to consolidate and lead operating processes across the total AGS business.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the strategic review processes, development of the business strategy and associated roadmaps to support the growth plans for the ICAPS service business. Responsible for product roadmap development and consolidation to support the strategic business growth plans. Collaborates with the product business leadership to support WFE and associated service market strategic and operating share growth. Accountability for operating delivery supporting product and business execution to plan. Partners with business leadership and the cross functional team to deliver to strategic and operating business plans. Accountable and supports delivery of the 7ps of service marketing to ICAPS customers. Supports development and execution of business process improvement roadmaps. Leads organizational development (Attract, Retain & Develop) for the ICAPS SBU. Accountable for the on-time delivery of product launches and business improvement initiatives, to support operating plan and growth commitments of the SBU. Builds strong teams and cross-functional engagement across multiple geographies & external partners including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal etc... Communicates business process improvement roadmap and overall status to senior executives and stakeholders.

  • Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Semiconductor business, applications, and services experience
  • Strong business, commercial and technical acumen
  • High financial acumen and analytical/data/statistics-oriented decision making style
  • Positive can-do hands-on entrepreneurial attitude
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal presence that extends confidence and humility.
  • Experience building and delivering executive level presentations.

U.S. Salary Range:
$172,000.00 - $236,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
