I&C (Instrumentation and Control) Manager
We are looking for a highly talented I&C manager to join our campus facilities engineering team and lead our infrastructures to state of the art plant of the future.

The engineering team is a part of Applied Materials Israel (AMIL) facilities group, providing the over-all services for Rehovot' s campus.

In your role as I&C (Instrumentation and Control) Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, maintenance, and operation of instrumentation and control systems in various utilities, collaborate with other functions reporting to the Engineering Manager, such as Electrical, Mechanical Systems, Maintenance, and Quality Control.

What you'll be doing:
- Lead the design and engineering of instrumentation and control systems. Collaborate with professionals to develop system specifications, select appropriate instruments and control devices, and design control loops and networks.
- Manage I&C projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure that projects are completed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems. Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure proper installation and functioning of equipment and systems.
- Develop and ensure the implementation of maintenance strategies and schedules for the reliability and performance of instrumentation and control systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment, control loops, and software.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- lead a team of I&C engineers, technicians, and support staff. Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to develop the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to procure instrumentation and control equipment and software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to instrumentation and control systems, including specifications, drawings, manuals, and reports. Prepare regular reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and project progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, operations, and maintenance, to ensure effective integration and coordination of instrumentation and control systems. Communicate with stakeholders, such as management and clients
What should you have?
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Instrumentation and Control, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of instrumentation and control.
- Knowledge and experience working with PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
- Proficiency in English at a high level.
