Global Product Support Engineer
We are looking for a highly talented engineer to join our Global Product Support (GPS) team.

Our Group:
Develops and provides systems support for semiconductors metrology systems.
Defines system requirements and tools to ensure system serviceability, ease of use and high performance in our fields.
Supports engineering owners by working on projects in conjunction with vendors and suppliers.
Acts as intermediary between customer and development teams by providing technical support and documentation to field engineers who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment.
Act as the final tier of escalation and tackle the hardest challenges both remotely and in the field.
What you'll be doing:
Create procedure for field use, including maintenance, service and troubleshooting.
Be an integrated part of the development process - making sure that field aspect is fulfilled.
Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents.
What you should have?
Mechanical/ Electrical/Materials engineer degree.
Dedicated, team player, seeking for knowledge, making data-based decision, multi-cultural communication.
Support customer sites worldwide at travel rate of ~25% of the time
