Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all Service Products to optimize efficiencies, productivity, and velocity.
  • Update Service Product Structures, going to market strategies, and scalability.
  • Manage AIx portfolio, growth, improvements, scalability with partner teams.
  • Owns common modules roadmap and implementation post sPDP release, including scalability requirement and actions.
  • Manage all changes to the service product after product release.
    • Whether driven by engineering, digital teams, quality, safety, customer demands, or supply obsolesce.
  • Support or Lead as necessary effort and coordination between various intercompany groups (such as operations, TPS / Engineering and FSO) to achieve cost targets and improve operational metrics.
  • Facilitates intercompany communication to align on product strategies, provide guidance on spare level contents, and restricted part orders, and overall field support. Facilitates alignment meeting for product roadmap and market proliferation.
  • Support Partner teams with technical feedback, field metrics, and improvement strategies.
  • Manage strategic vendor issues.
  • Support installation and warranty programs.
  • Implementation of component roadmaps including part obsolescence, replacements, alternative vendors, and cost reduction
  • Technical improvement, reliability, commonality, excursion reductions, option reduction etc.
  • Understands product change management (PCM) and control.

  • Unreleased product approval and control
  • ECO (Engineering Change Order) approval
  • Implementation of PCN (Part Change Notification), with Global Product Support
  • Manages field service related activities, reviews approves and filters all system feedback activities that will have customer impact
  • Provides single point of information for Product options.
  • Initiate and drive CIPs (Continuous Improvement Programs) for the product where appropriate, within entitlement.
  • Support for product prioritization and resource allocation.

  • Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 10 years experience within specific Product family (Etch, CMP, etc)
    • Bachelors degree or higher (preference in Engineering/Business/Mechanical)

    • Applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance across direct team, business units, sub-functions, and customers.
    • Applies Service Product principals to grow product adoption and value.

    Leadership

    • Leads through subordinate managers of managers; executes segment/functional business plans and contributes to the development of segment/functional strategy.
    • Applies appropriate levels of communication to effectively convey complex messages to executives, management, working levels, and customers.

    Problem Solving

    • Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced analytical thought and judgment.

    Impact

    • Guided by segment/functional strategy, impacts results to ensure committed KPIs are managed and met, working through cross-functional teams. Increase cross-functional communication and facilitates the work done by other segments/functions by providing support to impact the business.

    Interpersonal Skills

    • Negotiates and influences the opinions of others at the senior executive level and in external organizations; exercises sensitivity to the audience.

    U.S. Salary Range:
    $210,000.00 - $289,000.00

    The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

    For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
