Summary:
We're seeking an innovative communications leader to direct our internal communications function for our 30,000-strong global workforce. This role will be instrumental in building and maintaining a connected, engaged and informed employee community through strategic communications initiatives. Leading a specialized team, you'll oversee all internal communications channels and programs, serving as the primary architect of our employee communications strategy. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and organizational partners while playing a crucial role in shaping our corporate culture and driving employee engagement through compelling storytelling and strategic communications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies, which align with corporate objectives and enhance employee engagement across our global workforce
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic communication plans, which effectively cascade important company information, initiatives, and achievements
- Design and execute internal campaigns, which support major corporate initiatives, change management, and cultural transformation
- Own and manage all internal communications channels
- Create and drive editorial strategies and content calendars, which showcase employee achievements, special employee events, company culture, and strategic initiatives
- Provide strategic communications counsel to various organizational partners, ensuring alignment and consistency in messaging across all business units
- Create and oversee high-quality, engaging content for various internal channels ensuring that all internal messaging reflects the company's brand voice and tone.
- Lead communications strategy and execution for key internal events, including quarterly all-hands meetings
- Develop measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of internal communications programs and their impact on employee engagement
- Champion storytelling that highlights employee achievements, club activities, and unique aspects of our workforce
- Drive innovation in internal communications approaches, leveraging new technologies and best practices
Requirements:
- 15+ years of corporate communications experience, with substantial focus on internal communications
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing communications strategies for large organizations
- Experience leading communications teams and managing complex, multi-channel programs
- Strong understanding of modern communications tools and technologies
- Advanced degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred

U.S. Salary Range:
$189,000.00 - $260,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
