As a DevOps engineer in Applied Materials on Genesis project, you will join a team that is responsible for our next generation SW products.

You will work in a dynamic environment, building and maintaining development processes both on prem and in the cloud, using modern state of the art solutions and technologies.

What should you have?

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer


  • Strong orientation to DevOps tools, culture, and methodologies


  • Strong coding experience in Python


  • Familiarity with Networking, Linux administration and Windows (Advantage).


  • Familiarity with CI/CD system such Azure DevOps (an advantage)/Jenkins/Gitlab/


  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes


  • Working with tools such as GIT, Gitlab, Jenkins, Nexus, Artifactory.


  • System monitoring and centralized logging platform (Prometheus, ELK) - An advantage


  • Familiarity with Configuration Management tools and Infrastructure as Code:(Terraform, ansible, Helm) - An advantage


  • Ability to write documents specs, maintenance procedures.


  • Ability to write testing script for infrastructures.


  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead the DevOps development in the team and work alongside the DevOps group in the organization.


  • Sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time.


  • Self-motivated, approachable, and adaptable
