Join the Finance Systems and Integration (FSI) team as a Data Analytics and Finance AI Analyst! In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions that harness next-gen technologies to deliver advanced data analytics and AI-driven insights for our Finance organization.

We are looking for a skilled and passionate individual who:

  • Is eager to use their functional business knowledge to help shape and expand our advanced data analytics and AI framework.
  • Has a deep passion and curiosity to learn the different types of AI deep-learning neural network models, Gen AI and other Natural Language Processing technologies.
  • Knows or wants to learn about the different types of RAG concepts and their respective applications.

In this role, you will help ensure the effective design, development, and maintenance of our advanced data analytics and AI systems. If you are detail-oriented and enthusiastic about Generative AI, machine learning, deep learning models, data quality, and visualization, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Finance organization and its business partners to identify, prioritize, and implement AI use cases using cutting-edge AI technologies.
  • Work closely with the GIS Advanced Analytics and Data Solutions team to design and develop impactful data analytics and AI solutions for the Finance organization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather AI and data analytics requirements and identify data sources.
  • Detect data quality issues and implement effective corrective measures.
  • Mentor and support junior analysts on the team.
  • Develop and deliver relevant training to finance and cross-functional end-user communities.

Required Skills:

  • Proactive, independent, and resourceful, with a self-motivated approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and address challenges in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Solid understanding of data governance principles, data quality, and data security.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, AI, and visualization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to distill complex business requirements and technical issues into clear, concise messages for management.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, SQL, Python, and database management.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to tackle data-related challenges.
  • Foundational knowledge of ERP and Cloud application capabilities and functionalities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, MIS, Data Management, Business Analytics).
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or AI development.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and leadership in data-related roles.

U.S. Salary Range:
$100,000.00 - $137,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
