We are looking for a New College Graduate (Neo Laureata/o) for the role of Contract Management to join our Team in Agrate Brianza (MB) Office.

This job opportunity will give priority to protected category hiring (Disable - L. 68/99).

  • Create under supervision Quotations to create Booking and Billings for multi-year agreements in ERP systems. This includes completing a clean booking checklist to show compliance for legal and financial policies.
  • Maintain Contracts under supervision with accuracy to enable Service Orders for customer support.
  • Escalate when customer facing issues not being met.
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders like Sales and Regional Focals Finance, Business Development to obtain required documentation for booking, billing and contract maintenance of this business.
  • Report Management and Maintenance.
  • Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers Support of Internal & External Audit with provision of required documentation Support projects through regional testing, attend workshops, assist in writing documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • New College Graduate with bachelor's or master's Degree preferably in Foreign Languages, Economic/Social Sciences or similar.
  • Good knowledge of oral and written English and German.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook).
  • Ability and adaptation to work into dynamic environment.
