Business Environment
Applied Materials AGS (Applied Global Services) Business Unit is responsible for driving our business of equipment installation and warranty extended management, as well as business of maintenance support, refurbishment, upgrades, etc. Our AGS team collaborates with a lot of Taiwan critical customers to predict & solve manufacturing challenges, and make equipment & factories more productive. This makes our AGS team become trusted business partners for our customers which results in revenues increase year over year globally!

What You'll Do
Now we are looking for a Business Management Operations to coordinate and implement on-the-job training programs for engineers globally. This role needs to highly engage with Service Managers or Site Managers in different regions for best solutions to support and facilitate the success of global project.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work in cross region groups to understand their manpower requirements to arrange the OJT training in Taiwan different sites.
- Work with Ramp Manager to get the new tools shipping information in different sites to understand where the training opportunities are.
- Work with Taiwan Site Managers, Product Managers, Install Regional Managers to identify the coach, and communicate the OJT plan and the role and responsibility.
- Manage and communicate with crises region groups engineers about the OJT plan and their role and responsibility
- Execute and manage the OJT plan to make sure it's successfully through the communicate with cross region groups engineers/managers, and Taiwan managers/leaders/coach,
- Support and help the cross region groups engineers whenever they have any issue in Taiwan.
- Escalate to management as needed to resolve any issue and manage to make sure the OJT plan execution successfully.
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years above semiconductors experience. Applied Materials' tool and module knowledge is plus Education background: Bachelor's degree or above. Welcome both Engineering or non-Engineering Majors Interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships, and influence stakeholders. Cross-Cultural Communication Skills: international work experience is preferred Data analysis skill: MS Excel (ex: advanced functions, pivot tables) Language: Must to be able to communicate in English and Mandarin. Japanese or German is a plus
