Job Description
We are seeking a highly talented and motivated individual to develop innovative algorithms utilizing new technologies for emerging metrology and inspection markets.
What's in it for you?

You will enhance your skills in optical and SEM-based metrology, understand complex systems and designs, and gain experience with advanced algorithms.
Our Group:
The CTO team comprises skilled professionals from various disciplines, including physics, systems, and algorithms, working together as a small startup company to initiate new technological approaches.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing state-of-the-art algorithms for 3D reconstruction of semiconductor devices.
- Develop models to enhance physical insights that utilizes into future product core algorithms.
- Simulating system behavior and optimizing metrological approaches for different customer problems.
- Analyzing experimental results and developing methods to bridge the gap between experiments and theoretical models.
- Being part of a path-finding team that incubates new solutions and paradigms.
What should you have?
- M.Sc. or higher in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Proven experience with data analysis and deriving practical conclusions through collaboration.
- Strong theoretical foundation and hands-on experience with image/signal processing/machine learning / estimation theory.
- SW skills including programing in Python or MATLAB.
- Team player with project leadership qualities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Advantage:
- Over 5 years of experience as an algorithm developer in a multi-disciplinary company.
- Track record of leading development projects.
- Strong background in physics, preferably PhD - a significant advantage.
- Experience with nonlinear of fitting of theoretical models to experimental results.
- Experience with SW definitions of SW architecture..
- Experience with utilizing AI generative models and architectures (for example using PyTorch or TensorFlow).
