Key Responsibilities
- Leads continual improvement projects and drives innovation for digital tools. Globally the AIX Field Service Engineer serves as the main point of contact for customer site digital tools.
- Internally communicates difficult concepts and persuades others with differencing viewpoints.
- Recommends best practice for troubleshooting to team. Leads troubleshooting efforts using digital tools.
- Provides feedback to digital package owner on content and best practice. Implements and tests solutions for new issues.
- Provides mentoring on specific troubleshooting. Highly knowledgeable in various tools and systems. Knowledgeable in advanced modeling techniques and BKM.
